Question: What type of service do you provide?
Answer: We offer 24/7 private hire taxi service but free from taxi sign writing for airport, seaport and long distance travels. We also undertake transport for all types of corporate road shows, corporate hospitality events, trade shows or sporting events. All our cars come supplied with polite, professional and smartly presented drivers.

Question: What if I am booking for a party of over 8 passengers?
Answer: We can provide enough vehicles from 1 person to party of 16 people. Just make sure you indicate the correct number of passengers when you fill out the quote form.

Question: What if I arrive or need a pick up in the middle of the night?
Answer: We provide 24/7 pick up service. We work on 24hr basis, as long you book in advance we will make sure you will get picked up on time.

Question: Where do you operate your services?
Answer: Based in Luton and Heathrow we have superb coverage all around Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Covering all major towns Luton, Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans and sourounding areas as well as any nationwide destination. We also provide pick ups from or to Heathrow to any nationwide destinations.

Question: How do I get a quote?
Answer: Our most popular destination prices will be found in the tariff page, but if your destination is not listed please fill 'Get a Quote' page which can be found on the home page of the website and we will get back to you within 24 hours, or give us a call between 06.00 and 23.00 on 01582 58 00 48.

Question: Do you operate a fixed price policy?
Answer: The price quoted is the price you pay. The price paid allows for up to 60 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £3. Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt.

Question: How early and how can I book my journey?
Answer: The earlier the better. However, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone within our office hours (0600 – 2300) on 01582 58 00 48. If outside office hours, then please leave a voice message and this will be picked up the following morning. All online reservations must be made 24 hours in advance, and there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation within 12 hours of booking.

Question: I need a receipt for my journey, when do I get a receipt?
Answer: If you pre-pay using a credit card we can send you a receipt via email on request only. The email will detail in full the booking and transaction amount. Passenger/s will also receive a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed.

Question: How do I pay for my journey?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards as payment subject to 5% handling fees in advance or you can pay by cash on the day to the driver.

Question: Do you have corporate account facilities?
Answer: Corporate account facilities can be arranged if your spending monthly budget is over £150.00 subject to status, for more information please contact our account department on accounts@streamline-cars.co.uk or 01582 58 00 48.

Question: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
Answer: For Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and London City Airport your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with your name on the board, car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt, no additional charge for meet & greet service. For Luton Airport only If you have provided your mobile number, the driver will contact you after you land and arrange the pick up point outside the airport terminal. Question: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
Answer: Our standard procedure involves monitoring all UK flight times so regardless of a late or early arrival; your driver will be there. Your driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands (15 minutes for domestic and European flights). From the moment your driver enters the terminal, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes. This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and European flights). If on the extremely rare occasion you have not located your driver within this period, waiting time is charged at £12 per hour (£3 per 15 minutes). This pays for the driver waiting time and car park costs respectively.

Question: Do you provide London pickups?
Answer: Streamline Cars Ltd provides all type of transport service, just visit our service page on the website.

Question: Do you provide child seat?
Answer: We do provide rear facing and forward facing baby seats as well as booster seats and booster cushions subject to availability. There is an additional charge of £5 per baby seat.

Question: Do you provide short journeys?
Answer: No, unless if you agree to pay us our minimum call out charges which starts from £15.00

Question: What if my flight canceled or diverted to another airport?
Answer: We will be monitring your flight anyway, but you must call us immediately just in case on +44 (0) 1582 580048.

Question: Are there discounts available for frequent travellers ?
Answer: Yes, schemes are available for corporate clients. Please email us with the exact details and we can prepare a quote for you.

Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Minimum notice required to cancel your booking is 6 hours, less than 6 hours notice 50% percent refund, less than 3 hours no refund!
