Law
The terms and conditions below and the agreement between Streamline Cars and the customer are governed by English law.

Date Protection
Streamline Cars use of personal information supplied by you when you use web site is governed by our privacy policy. Streamline Cars fully respect your rights to privacy and utilises the following practices in regards to any information we are provided with or obtain about users of this web site. In order to provide service to you as a customer of Streamline Cars we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and/or the passenger's name, address, phone number and credit card details. By providing this information to Streamline Cars, you are agreeing to allow us to utilise this information to complete all services you request to us. When using this web site your keystrokes may be recorded for service quality, training or other purposes.

What are you responsible for?
When using this website you agree

• To be entirely responsible for and keep secret any password used by you. You should change your password if you believe it's no longer secret
• Not to make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent orders, Reservations or request for services
• Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any private or other customer account areas on the site

If we consider that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using the web site we reserve the right to:
• Warn you via e-mail to yourself and/or your internet service provider that you have breached these terms, and ask you to stop such conduct
• Delete any material or content which you may have posted without notice to you Terminate your account facilities and/or any other services provided to you by Streamline Cars.

Changes to web site
Streamline Cars may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw this web site or any part of it. All Intellectual Property Rights in any developments, improvements, alterations, modifications and enhancements to the Software arising from consultation with the Customer and/or at the request of the Customer shall vest automatically in Streamline Cars upon creation.

Terms & Conditions of sale
Streamline Cars reserve the right to review the standard charges, upon giving 14 days notice, to take into account any movements in the Consumer Price Index, and any other charges outside of their control. Streamline Cars may increase their charges by 0.5% for each 5% increase in the cost of fuel, by reference to the price of diesel and petrol as published from time to time by their suppliers, upon giving 7 days notice.

Additional Charges (on total cost)
The following charges may apply:
• Xmas/New year – 100%
• Between 11.00pm to 06.00am – 30%
• Should a passenger be travel sick, there will be a valet charge of £80.00

Waiting Time
The first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minutes increments at the rate published in our tariff, which is £25.00 per hour. Note that Airport Transfers are subject to our published time allowance up to 45 minutes from landing time.

Our Obligation for you
We shall supply all the services specified in the Confirmation of Booking sent to you. We accept responsibility for our employees’ actions while on duty. We don’t accept responsibility for Delays caused by adverse weather conditions or by traffic accidents.

Insurance
We are insured for passengers travel. This insurance is for public liability and doesn’t constitute travel insurance.

Music
Playing musical instruments in our cars is at the driver’s discretion – you must seek his/her permission prior to commencing the journey.

Smoking
We observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars. Any variations are at the driver’s discretion.

Disorderly Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. We may seek the help of the police to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not pay compensation or refund in such circumstances.

Illigal Material
The carrying or use of unregistered weapons, or any illegal drugs in our cars is totally forbidden. You must inform us about any registered weapons you wish to carry with you at the time of bookings.

Pets
You must seek our written permission to carry pets with you in our vehicles. Guide dogs are allowed, but you must inform us at the time of booking.

All Pickups
In the unlikely event that you can’t find the driver, you must call us immediately on 01582 580048 and wait for our advise – no refund will be given unless we have confirmed that the vehicle booked, or alternative one is unavailable.

Cancellation Fees
Minimum notice required to cancel your booking 24 hours, les then 12 hours notice 50% percent refund, less then 6 hours no refund! We only charge debit/credit cards 24 hours before pickup time on first time users.
